By accessing or using CentrAlign AI, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
CentrAlign AI designs, deploys and manages AI employees that perform operational workflows within your organization's systems and rules.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, for the accuracy of information you provide, and for configuring AI employee permissions and guardrails appropriately for your context.
You may not use our services for unlawful activity, to infringe others' rights, or to build harmful, deceptive or discriminatory systems. Regulated decisions remain the responsibility of qualified human professionals.
Subscription fees are billed monthly as described in your plan. You may cancel at any time; fees are non-refundable for the current billing period unless stated otherwise.
Either party may terminate per the terms of their agreement. Upon termination, we will wind down active AI employees and return or delete your data as instructed.
Services are provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. AI employees support operational workflows but do not replace professional or regulated human judgment.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CentrAlign AI is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the services.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru.
